Some good news for Leeds United fans as club hero Patrick Bamford to play the FA cup tie against West Ham United but increased worries for Marcelo Bielsa as Joe Geldhart joins the long list of injured players at the club as he damaged his ankle during training.
Patrick Bamford was last seen when he scored the equalizing goal against Brentford and the match ended in a 2-2 draw. His presence on the field will surely be a boost for fans but the manager has a lot to worry about as two more players are added to his long painful list of injured players.
Joe Geldhart was set for his trip to the London Stadium but will be missing from the squad for the next three weeks.
Tyler Roberts is also facing at least three weeks in the treatment room with the muscular problem he sustained in last weekend’s 3-1 win over Burnley.
Kalvin Phillips and Liam Cooper are both on the sidelines until March following hamstring surgery and none of the group of Rodrigo, Pascal Struijk, Charlie Cresswell and Jamie Shackleton are fit to return.
